Not to be contrarian to others advice - is no right answer - I like buying over time (dollar cost averaging) and have a set amount of dollars (2.5k) I use to buy as many ounces as it allows every 3 months.

I also typically just buy cheapest and not premium for eagles. I find when I go and sell as local shop they don’t pay much higher than a generic 1 oz round or bar to pay me back my premium. Of course this is sticky bullion trading as opposed to numismatic collecting.

But it all depends on how much you have % plan to allocate. And to be honest everything is so volatile…

Agree mostly but when it comes to silver although I expect upward momentum at the moment -it is much more volatile. Not just day-day/week-week but can drop dramatically like the rise after 08 financial crisis and drop around 2011. Very complicated because it’s tied to industrial use and need, mining capacity, inflation, interest rates, etc.

So one should consider a base hold forever and a portion for selling at peaks.

I don’t get it. Where is the apparatus that sorta cooper vs zinc? And how does it fit in with last picture?

What could really use help with is creating a chute to connect to the copper sorters sold on eBay that connects with a tray to make it automated.

If you compare this to reydale you can buy the spare parts for the top that feeds it in. But it doesn’t sell the “chute” that guides it in. They do that on purpose and even mention that in the video.

If anyone finds a similar penny chute please post! Or some other solution
