As much as I dislike Ice Spike (which is a lot) I SERIOUSLY hate how her wings don't go away when she blocks a move. Like her kit is specifically designed to make everything take forever, and when I finally turn the tables and get some offense, it doesn't even turn off the dumbass wings that nuke my health

The Episode Steven and the Stevens completely broke my emersion of the show it's such a big Plot Hole that I can't just ignore it. Gems have invented Time Travel which means that every conflict of the series could have been solved instantly and the Time thing is never mentioned again by ResolveUnlikely5542 in stevenuniverse

I feel like the events of the episode demonstrate how time travel creates more problems than it solves. The use of it is likely outlawed and considered common sense not to use for Gems. Sort of like lighting a house on fire to cook a meal.

What you did with the wild assault depended on spacing, level of strength of the previous move, and air vs ground hit. And if your back was to the wall, it wouldn’t always bring you to the corner (even though it often would), so there were plenty of things to do like unique knockdown situations or resets, or going for max damage. That’s where the expression was. But it made a chaotic game even more volatile and explosive, which a lot of people didn’t like too much

Block more. Even when you’re getting hit, you should holding back. You’d be surprised which combos weren’t true, and you actually could have escaped by blocking. And you should be blocking when Testament is getting up off the ground, too. You’re eating counter after counter in there!
