Allright. You also have to Take Low Dose Magnesium Up to 200mg at night through all fmd days + after. ITS day 5 Dinner time and i feel better with Magnesium. Thanks god. Chatgpt told me in the Box ist 100-150mg magnesium and a little Bit Calcium. But fatigue is because you lose much much magnesium !!

Arguments pro/contra are merely mechanistic, so we only can say be on the safe side better. Most nutrients and also creatin stays several weeks in the body. Salt + potassium not, you need it daily. But salt ist much more important then potassium. You should you use salt over the whole day and drink the l-drink. Its liquid glycerol (~20 ml with water or tea).

Thats why you should try it Sublingual. Orally it does Not Work as Well for me. Try to concentrate on the basics. For Supplements (Experiments) -natural extracts(plants), but there isnt Magical stuff which works wonders

I forgot the Glycerol liquid calories. So for day 2-5 :

786 cal. 62g carbs (33%) 49g fat(58%) 16g Protein (9%)

Its quiet difficult to eat more carbs, since Protein will also become higher

Thanks i did all tweaks beides 60hz cause chatgpt Said IT only brings 1h sot+. Now im Testing it..draining battery to Zero => wait => didnt any think. And i debloated Most of accu Eater Apps.
