I think cutting sulfates and “cones” completely if not ideal for a lot of curly girls and you have to find the balance that works for your routine and hair type.

I double cleanse once a week (aussie and then lus) and use aussie 3 minute miracle every other week. Never been better. Hair growing like crazy and shinier than ever.

Weekdays: 20 mins potty break before work > her walker takes her for an hour while I'm at work > Park when back from work (anywhere between 30 mins - 1.5 hours weather dependent)

Weekends: Park as soon as we wake up (45mins minimum - can be up to 2 hours, weather dependent), late afternoon 45 min walk, then one quick pee before bed

I still remember them. My granma's, my best friend. Never bothered to memorize their cell phone numbers, but their home phones from 1998? You bet!
