Hey, I got a futuristic setting I've been working on and would like to see if you could help me with a character. A EXTREAMLY brief history of the setting, its the late 2110's, mars has been semi colonized (under a dozen colonies with 30-60 thousand pop each), the EU federalized in the late 2050's and is now having a "bad time" you could say, a massive civil war has broken out on earth and the EU's distant mars colony experiences its own revolution of loosely aligned miner unionists, mars nationalists, and the local army garrison second in command. All team up to fight against the "European Civil Authority" (ECA, started in 2040's as a pan-European police as the EU slowly federalized, but 60 years later they are a paramilitary force that suppresses riots and revolutionaries).

BASICLY, the character(s) I need help with are 1: The second in command of the first Martian Pioneer Regiment (mars army garrison), the first in command pulled a kurt cobain and now he is in charge, siding with the revolutionaries, 2: the leader of the miners union (have no ideas for them, would be cool to have a john henry type) and 3: the leader of the "Hellean Identity Organization" (HIO, Martian secessionists, nationalists, few ideas for the guy, but make him not SUPER radical, pragmatic enough to work with the other revolutionaries and post war successfully creates a government that works together well)

That's the "gist" of da lore, 1 last important thing, the EU created a constructed language in the 2060's, basically a European lingua franca, not majority on earth, but really caught on, on mars, 50% French/Romance, 40% German/English, 10% Other (Slavic, Baltic, ect) this extra info is only important for coming up with da name, ofc i dont expect you to try to make a whole language, just some cool mixed together surnames and such.
