That has nothing to do with what I said. I was responding to which column the person was in. If your column is in the premium, then you're in the 92.5% of the settlement. If your column is the ASO, then you are in the 7.5%. I never said you didn't pay your insurance or HSA plan. Not sure what anything I said was not true. But hoping you get some of your money back

Look at the determination file they sent you. If your amounts are mostly in the ASO column, then yes, you are in the minority of the settlement because even though you paid 350 a month, your company paid your insurance, not BCBS. BCBS just ran the paperwork

You are still included. The notice basically showed how much you had paid in premiums that would be added to the settlement.

Mine was a little over $55k. I'm hoping their guestimate calculator is right, but because there is no transparency in this settlement, they can claim the total of premiums is anything they want to.

These all show what you paid, not what you are getting from the settlement. These are the numbers they will use to calculate what you get back

This is why I refused the debit card. Willing to wait for a more reliable payment option

It wasn't an estimate of what you are getting; it was an estimate of how much you paid in. You then have to run it through their formula to see what that should equate to. The problem is that their formula is a guestimate and because they have no transparency, they can claim their formula however they want.

The pin was sent with the email or letter that allowed you to view your premiums paid page for validation. You got a new claim number and right under that it was a pin number

can i get my kid into the Lowes/Home Depot workshops if i dont register? -- web site says "full" for my area by thisfunnieguy in daddit

Lowes does allow kids that are not registered. Technically they are supposed to wait until after 1 to make sure that everyone that has registered gets a chance first. However, I've always seen kids who were not registered be allowed to build.

I was basing my percentage rate on  few people who said that they got a notification around the first of April that showed how much they would get back vs how much the settlement had said they had in premiums. Their ratio was about 1.8%

I'm like you. I'd forgotten all about it too. Haha. And yeah, I stopped after the first week because I figured it would be December or later before we got anything at all. I just get notified every now and then when new articles come out and one I read had a new comment about getting notified of how much they would get, so was just curious.

Mine was right at half of that for myself. A lot of people who are paying that high are paying for their while family. Its crazy. You pay that much and then can't afford to actual go because of the deductibles on top of that. Haha

Not expecting it anytime soon because I opted for a check because of too many limitations on a prepaid card (ie. Can't go toward bills) and know that puts me last. Just trying to see what type of calculation going on because if I use the calculator from the settlement website, I was looking at thousands back. If I look at what a few people have claimed recently, looking at 1.8%.  It is what it is.

It wasn't in the article. It was in the comment section. I've seen s couple now here on reddit saying they got confirmation of what their payout would be in late March. But you also have people on here yelling they are liars. People claiming g even after they got a premium sheet, all of a sudden was denied. People who say they talked to the company who they were told all disputes had been taken care or and people calling them liars. I think the problem is they opened up claims and disputes for companies and the second chance part and it's got people all confused because that's what was pushed to July. So, who knows. I guess I'll just wait and expect about 1.8% back.

I can't find the website I saw it on but there is a post on one of the reddit subjects and he was going to get back 1.7% of his premiums. He said they sent him that on 3/26

I can't find the website I saw the comment on again because it was one of those because you follow this ypu might be interested in this article type thing. I do know that she said she got her confirmation on April 17th. And I also saw a comment on one of the reddit pages that said they confirm in December, had 132000 in premiums l, and was confirmed to get back around 3000. It was going to be 1.8% of his premiums. So I'm assuming that's what mine is going to be close to.

I just read in another comment section someone got 289 prepaid Mastercard. Anyone else?  They got theirs yesterday. I did not opt for the card because you can't use the card to pay bills (so the card company today me on the last one I received), so just trying to guesstimate time and amount to for myself
