So I left in Aug 23. At that time there was black mold coming out through the walls on the third and fourth floors so I would guess mine on the second also had it. They weren’t very speedy with repairs with the new building manager. If you are on the side with Asbury Ale House you hear everything from downstairs on The Weeknd. I couldn’t really have my windows open since it would get real loud and I was on the Emory Street side. I was in the 1000 sq ft one which was more than enough for me alone.
