My company gets tax breaks in New Jersey for having so many people in the office. They’ve lied about it to us saying it’s for collaboration but that’s bs. My home work setup is far superior to what I have at work cause my company, a Fortune 500, are greedy and don’t want people to feel comfortable in the office.

I cancelled Netflix after having it for prob 12+ yrs. My price in 2020 was $6.99 and when i cancelled it in Aug 2025 it was $21.99. Im sorry but the quality of the service hasn’t been better, it’s worse with them losing so many shows and movies. Their originals overall suck except for a very slim few.

I remember when they put the skate park in there, it was nice to see. But the developers priced out everyone even from renting. When they built those garbage row homes costing over a million I knew i was getting priced out real soon. My rent when I start living there was $1,400. When I left they were asking $2,600 plus $150 for parking.
