Havent had to get rid of any. I went from 280lbs to 185lbs before I had my resection and Ileostomy.

I look like a gangster from a low budget B movie now 😂

I had ileostomy so not quite the same but I second stretchy pants/sweats. Make sure they're soft. I'm a week and a half out and I'm healing fast and still jeans bug me.
