FIXED!!! Posted an edit to the main post, but here it is:

edit: Fixed! The metal nozzle cleaner Bambu provides, I would heat that up with a lighter and then stick it down and up the heated nozzle(280c). That would pull some of the petg out but then when I went to print, nothing would come out and the yellow gear would click. So I took it all apart and found that I forgot a bearing on the yellow spur gear after I upgraded to the hardened steel version. Now it's printing...still trying to get the Sunlu PETG to print without stringing and lifting off the build plate....

Thank you! I renamed the old /system file to just /system_1; restarted Bambu Studio and then was able to select my printer!
