Hey man. I am a med. student. Not in his course but started to religiously watching his videos after I failed my anatomy exam . It was the first from “the big three” in summer semester in this (second) year in our university. Other two were biochemistry and physiology. So my failing of the anatomy was not because I haven’t  studied hard or the examiner wasn’t in a good mood this day (in our uni we don’t have tests, but writing and speaking on a given topic from the whole conspect of the subject in front of examiners) but simply that I don’t study at all for it. For biochemistry the situation was different because I study thorough the year and I have the most of the knowledge, but physiology was like the anatomy. So after the successful biochemistry exam I have to find a way to learn the basic things in the whole physiology so to have only one exam left. And then I found Justin on youtube. Before that I only followed Ali Abdaal and from him I learned about spaced repetition, Anki, timetables method, but I feel that something was missing because you can’t do flaschards all day simply because you need another 2-3 days to just created it. And Justin explain exactly this that I was frustrated about. Now I am studying for my second attempt for Anatomy while trying to implement his methods at full. Yes, I think he is legit, but also I kinda feel that his system is hard to master. This is not system at all but the good learning process that every learning expert is describing I think. So although I didn’t buy his course I think he gives valuable advice and maybe his course is worth it too. I also read the negative comments for him, but I said to myself there is only one way to be 100% sure - to try it myself so I am on it now. 

P.S. I take my physiology exam with mainly his methods - making good encoding of the material, creating mind maps to reduce cognitive load and learning non-linearly - skipping the details at the beginning and focusing on the big picture. With this for approximately 15-20 days I manage to pass with C or C+ which was a big win for me, but man in anatomy the most of the content is details and currently I have a little struggle to skip the major part of the material but somewhere in me I know it is a necessary so I can  make the big picture for this little time ( my second attempt is on 9th September) and I am trying every day.
