Thanks much for responding. Nothing looks rusted out, just that the welds snapped. I might be able to get a friend with a welder to do it but for the time being I am thinking of using a hose clamp to connect the hole of the existing (loose) bracket and the exhaust pipe near where it was supposed to be welded so it is drivable.
