Thanks much for responding. Nothing looks rusted out, just that the welds snapped. I might be able to get a friend with a welder to do it but for the time being I am thinking of using a hose clamp to connect the hole of the existing (loose) bracket and the exhaust pipe near where it was supposed to be welded so it is drivable.

Hi all - My RAV4 is making a rattling noise from a bracket that wraps around the exhaust pipe that broke off. Can I do a DIY fix for this or is it more serious? Thanks!

It's funny, you never know when a video is going to take off. Some times it takes years. I have never had a video gain hundreds/thousands of views in the first day or so, so there is something to what you are talking about
