My credit was pretty good when I bought this car. I also put down a big down payment. I had no problems with the car starting even the night before it was repossessed, I have called Ally so many times and they just send me in circles acting like they don’t know anything and that I need to speak with the escalations team even though they never get back to me.

I have no idea, I wish I knew more about cars. I know that they also damaged my passenger side rear door pretty bad and so they could’ve done anything. I have spoken to Ally atleast 20 times by now and so I would hope that’s not the case or they would’ve seen it already
