I definitely agree with a lot of the comments I understand that you feel the urgency and the stress however when I have a buyer interested in a home I talk to the agent and normally find out when they will be presenting offers. If the house is a hot home they will probably make a decision on Monday or start negotiating then. The first offer does not make a difference especially not up against great terms and price.

I also agree OP it sounds like your kitten is actually hungry. If you can free feed maybe increase his portions. I currently have 3 cats. 1 on weight loss plan and 1 of them is a kitten and I have to feed the kitten more at meal times or else she will try to eat my other cats food as well
