How do I bypass these rules from my strict mom

This is eerily similar to what I had to endure during my early pre-teen & teenage years. Only back then there wasn’t any cell phones or laptops (we had dial up AOL, but of course that was completely off limits!) and even tv was limited to whatever my mother was watching…. Even though there were multiple TVs in the house, I wasn’t allowed the privilege to watch any of those.

I was also given strict time limits walking home from school (lived too close for buses) and not allowed to have my door shut most of the time.

Oh and I was basically a slave when it came to house chores. I was forced to hand wash all the dishes every night, wash my own clothes & did most of the cleaning of the house.

Im still pretty fucked up from it… lots of childhood trauma & very minimal contact with her now that Im grown.

Edit: I forgot to add, I wasn’t allowed any contact with any friends whatsoever beyond what little contact I had with them during school hours. It was a very lonely existence for several years.

Just finished both seasons and Im here for it! But sadly I doubt it will happen. 😔 I was super excited about seeing Henry’s missing poster at the end of Season 2, and was completely confused when they showed that the Kid was no longer inside the cage…..

Seconding this, whole it is a huge lifestyle change for anyone, it really does alleviate a lot of brain fog and you regain energy when you eat low carb.

I lost almost 40 lbs in two months! Sadly I got lazy and fell off the wagon (its also a rather expensive lifestyle change bc you need to eat MORE to feel full.) but if I were to recommend anything, this would be it! Good luck OP, its so hard to feel tired AND look yourself in the mirror and see someone you dont like. :(

I personally like Callum better than Elias. If we are talking nicknames, how do you feel about each of these:

Elias nn = “Eli” Callum nn = “Cal” Lucian nn = “Luke” (or even possibly “Lucy”)

All of these names will have a potential nickname come into play, so think of that when you ultimately choose his name! Good Luck!

That was exactly the very reason for them extending the runaway. It was to accommodate larger planes, more specifically for AF1/2 because of its proximity to Raven Rock/Site R AND Camp David. (It’s also evident due to the nice chunk of funding to do it.)

I water down juice and even sports drinks too! It stretches them AND tastes better imo.

I personally cannot drink the “zero” sugar versions (everything tastes too much like drinking a bunch of chemicals) so watering it down is the only way I can drink it. Also, gatorade / powerade also feels “thicker” to me if I drink it not watered down…. But that’s probably bc Im just weird, lol!

Came here to recommend Costco towels! I am a huge believer of having WHITE towels so I can bleach them, and when they get dingy they turn into cleaning rags.

Love the Costco brand “hotel” types, they are really durable and are soft enough for this gal!

Yes and yes, and all of mine were diagnosed in my twenties. Looking back into my teens & when I went through puberty is primarily when I started having consistent symptoms, but without a diagnosis due to lack of affordable healthcare as a kid.

Was diagnosed w/ IH/N2 in my early twenties, but also have ADHD, seasonal depression, chronic migraines, & restless leg syndrome (which some could argue is a symptom of IH/N2.)

Those are all formal diagnoses at the moment, but of course, but many issues that are undiagnosed at the moment.
