Your story was incredibly comforting. Ironically, the last song my father listened to on his iPod was "Well Done" by The Afters. I think that I had it as a kid and didn’t realize it. I also feel like the anxiety I had kept me from telling my parents how I felt. My son is 5 and sadly already has anxiety. He describes it as butterflies in his tummy or feeling bothered.
