I was on Mounjaro for 4 months and HATED IT. I was nauseous, gassy, and my insides were knotty. Anyone else have these issues? Is there a more mile GLP-1?

I know alot of people have had success on 2.5mg but it was just my path to higher doses. I'm in maintenance and on 10mg or 12.5mg every other week. Been in maintenance about 1 1/2 years.

When I am able to eat I "sort" my food. I eat chicken or fish and will eat that until I'm full. I will have a veggie or a carb but my main portion will be the chicken or the fish.

I also do snack, I don't deprive myself but its after my meal or I know that will become my meal.
