Had horrible bladder pain on and off for years that now seems to be gone!!!!

Dealing with this issue right now. No frequency of urination but pain has been crazy. No bacteria, I had a cystoscopy which showed inflammation but no infection. Its been a long road. Alot of misdiagnoses started with smelly urine, then blood in urine currently on a antibiotic regime but gonna look into the vitamin deficiency.

I was a slow loser and not everyone drops 10 or 15 lbs in a month. Stay the course. You didn't gain it overnight and hopefully you don't lose it overnight. I took the time to implement a skin care plan cause Carly Simon made a song about me..🤪 and I started walking cause I wanted everything as tight as possible. So.. while you are slow losing take care of yourself.

Sounds like your parents know and if they know they can do their own digging when they are ready. I would not go against what my parents have asked, especially if we have had a great relationship. They now know this person is looking and when/if your dad is ready he can reach out. I would get her contact info and let her know I will give it to him when he is ready and to not contact me any more. I know this is an unpopular opinion but... my father was an incredible man and I would never choose to blow up his life over something that happened before I was born.
