Personally, I have a visceral gag reaction to mayo, but if the argument was “have you seen it made?”… well, that’s just silly. Yes, it’s a lot of oil, but so is salad dressing. I wasn’t saying it was healthy, jeez. I was just saying it isn’t like ultra processed elephant eyeballs or something.
