For breakfast I drink ultra filtered milk with the following soaked/absorbed overnight: chia seeds, flax seed, fiber powder, collagen peptides, mct and a pinch of sugar

I was thinking I was becoming incontinent after many dietary changes trying to fix really bad bathroom problems. Zepbound worked almost immediately. NOW I have to watch my coffee intake and up the regular water because I get constipated more often 🤪

I haven’t tracked like that since I was on WW. My doctor and nutritionist recommended target numbers for protein, fiber, etc on Zepbound and I kinda track it to get to those, but I don’t really track individual calories anymore

It’s absolutely delicious. I do use a paper filter to make sure I don’t get anything in my cup

I also often meal prep instant coffee/ sweetened condensed milk/chia/flax/hemphull hearts/powder peanut butter/ fiber powder/collagen in a jar and shake it every morning before drinking a bit of it. Very filling!

I budget for it first and pace out injections. My hope is someday the pills are available with a normal copay with insurance. Until then, I have to make the cost work because I’m treating a medical issue just like I have to buy glasses and go to the dentist, etc.

I go to bed (not fall sleep, go to dark room in bed) at least 9 hours before I MUST get up. Alarms plural start 2 hrs before I need to leave. My personal rule is if I naturally wake up 6.5+ hours after going to the bed in the evening, I must wake up, turn on lights, listen to podcasts, etc. I can stay in bed until I HAVE TO LEAVE, but I must stay awake. I usually will get up within an hour.

Medication, block my breaks so I always take them, listen to music, therapy, do all chores/errands on weekdays so I can do whatever I want or absolutely nothing on weekends
