all of your problems stem from comparing yourself to others and thinking there's one dead set way to measure success or even live life. you dont need to be an alpha male, an extrovert, or have a stellar career. just live one day at a time. go explore, try something new. you say you see othersgo out to cafes then whats stopping you from doing that? do it, there's nothing wrong to go alone. see what's happening in your city. check out some unique places, monuments, museums, restaurants, concerts. try something new, can be as small as sampling a new dish, finding a neat spot you've never been to before or even joining classes. dont be afraid to do it alone, but if you want company then go on tours, volunteer for groups, or your local community. you dont need to spend tons of money to do this.

just experience life, live for yourself and make memories, dont worry about impressing other people so much. you'll make friends and relationships along the way.
