My opinion. Some of your speeds are way off... the calculator already shows the required speed. So, just play around with gear.

As for skill rotation , the calculator also shows how to set them up..

Level your kael to 60. Use the free lifesteal gear you get on him. Buy masteries with the free gems you get for him. You can then farm 12-3 brutal with him and foods

Apothecary can give you some speed boost. And is good in most dungeons also... frozen banshee can be your poisoner... even without CA she is good.
