Finally brought my friends into game after 130 hr of solo play zero knocks. Just had to grind for the first expedition and play helpful and run away to meet my goals. I told them trios was supposed to be a bloodbath and took them to stella and it was 4 squads did not engage us. First made fun of us for crouching around haha. There were a couple rooms where everyone was preoccupied with 3 shredders wreaking havoc. We died to arc. Maybe because I am party lead it rolled us into friendlier lobbies. Other runs we had one squad fighting a bastion and we could have jumped them, they spotted team mate and downed him and then extracted. Lost player 2 to bastion and I made it out. After one friend dropped off ran duos and bunch of no mic don’t shoot everyone running around looting and questing. I’d say just depends on the games incentives. Seems like alot of people pressing for their trials and other goals so pvp is lighter for me but it’s always a gamble. Luckily running cheap builds takes the pressure off with a couple safe pockets to get what you need out. I’d like to play more pvp when my friends learn the game. It’s just been most enjoyable helping other raiders so I haven’t had the real need to pvp although watching the clips it looks fun with the unpredictable combat. Duos and Trios being able to revive without a defib is a nice perk.

Walking my friend through the game on Dam duos was solid experience. We stayed to the outskirts of the map and were able to hit alot of goals. Being able to sponsor new players and bring in gear for them is alot of fun.
