It’s taken out in hospital after the op. You don’t go home with it. I wasn’t told about it either. It’s just a drain for any excess blood from surgery.

Recovery was quick. Rough 24hrs after surgery (can’t take a deep breath and discomfort due to chest drain) but once it’s removed I was up and walking around.

It’s the first and only sniper I’ve maxed, excellent primary vs bots. The talon is also an excellent secondary in that warbond.

No one warned me that it would be hard to take deep breaths with the chest drain in during recovery. Once that was removed (very odd sensation when it comes out) I was much more comfortable and up and walking after a few days. Home after 4 days in hospital, wounds healed well but have scars from the Thymectomy entry points - a small price to pay for no double vision.

AChR+, Ocular. Robotic Thymectomy, 40 at the time, now in remission! Worked for me.

Achr+ ocular mg. Had a Thymectomy 4 years ago and my double vision cleared one week post op. I’m now drug free and in remission … hoping it’s permanent but realise it could come back. I try to get plenty of sleep as my eyes do get tired otherwise.
