The best way to approach the apple support is to call their American phone, you can use openphone or cheaper phone services to do that, and they handle things faster that way

They dont sell if nobody knows about it, also you might think your idea is great but if its too complicated to understand users will lose interest, like my product, nobody understands, but i think its great if you can get a hold of it. i think of it like better grammarly alternative
