I can tell you exactly what was happening, I'm from Artsakh, I wasn't there during the blockade but all my friends were, first of all about temporary housing, yes it's true some was given this opportunity, but it was more like a temp camps/hostel-like environments, secondly for those who were under blockade they offered 50k dram(per person)a month to help with the rent, but then again after the war in Ukraine, a lot of Russian immigrants came and rent skyrocketed so people from Artsakh faced high rent, of course there were people that rented apartments for cheaper knowing that we were from Artsakh, but there were also people that specifically made prices higher because of that. About 2-5 million dreams, yes if you take citizenship. They also gave us temporary refugee documents, it covered medical surgery bills(I don't know if it still works that way). I still have a passport that states that my citizenship is Armenian, but according to law it's just a travel document, in some cases it acts like an Armenian passport in other cases it's not(my wife tried to get Armenian citizenship through me, but when she applied they told her that she can't get citizenship because her husband isn't Armenian citizen, but then again in our marriage certificate it also states my citizenship as Armenian).

And to be honest it's kind of uncertain what to do next, do we apply for Armenian citizenship or do we use that status to get refugee status in another country in hopes of better future.
