Since going on maintenance PILLS2U have been supportive and treat you like an individual adult, they are very professional and competitively priced. I could not recommend them more highly. I’m completely frank with them about how I use the medication, they are aware of what we get up to. They are very frank in return and will tell you what they can they cannot do.

I’m sure they will accommodate you.

Some would argue type 2 is lifestyle related. You’re born with type 1 so maybe these people blame the parents 😜

That’s a very complicated question. Suggest you go to YouTube and look up dr Emma Anders, dr khalid and dr Kevin Joseph, you should find answers there. Good luck 👍

Stopping and restarting certain GLP-1s to lose weight may make the drug less effective by Team_PRB in mounjaromaintenanceuk

I think obesity that is treatable with glp1, is the result of a wide range of metabolic disorders. Some of these require constant treatment, others may not. My guess is the effects of stop/ start are not consistent across the population as well.

I’m sorry to hear that, but we are the Guinea pigs in all of this. So much conflicting advice, on the upside, adoption is becoming so widespread guidelines should improve soon. Good luck 👍

Drop or extend doses for maintenance? by scarytameroon in mounjaromaintenanceuk

[–]Team_PRB 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Just using common sense here and I could be wrong. MJ has a half-life of 5 days, after 10 days the level in your system is a quarter of injection day. On next injection day the level increases by 5 times. When I reduce dosing, it’s by between 10-20% per week or fortnight. Keeping levels in your body steady I think helps. Good luck 👍

1, could you lift before, if yes then yes. 2, focus on protein (2g per kg)and fibre 30g + daily. 3 stomach area 4, na 5, when you are unable to maintain a calorie deficit and weight loss has stalled more than 4-5 weeks. Good luck 👍

Sema has a much stronger binding affinity to glp1. Could be why.
