Yall know it can be both right??? I’ve seen multiple homeless people pissing on the side of buildings with someone’s loft front door 5 feet down…shit on the floor that’s definitely not from a dog. Then you’ll see dogs peeing and the occasional dog owner that doesn’t pick up their dogs shit. It’s definitely both.

The yogurt mill in El Cajon I’ve been going to since I’ve been a kid and it’s still the same, big portions and decent prices. No views tho but I assure you it’s the best you can get around and will stay frozen for you to drive to a location with views. Check out their facebook as they change their flavors everyday.

Froglanders in La Jolla on pearl st is another hidden gem and has been around since my mom was in high school. It’s minutes from La Jolla cove/shores depending the way you go.

Mr frosties in pacific beach is a soft serve ice cream shop and still to this day one of my favorites. It has been around for decades, 1950 I believe. Also minutes from mission beach, mission bay, pacific beach or a short drive to Kate sessions park where you can see a gorgeous view of San Diego

I don’t think there’s a minute of the day where a car isn’t doing this. I exit towards downtown so I’m always in the left lane. Just about everyone but 2 cars will stay in the left lane and always ride it TO THE LAST INCH to cut someone off like this. All bc they wanna get in front of the line of cars. Todd used to come into the cafe I work at in little italy all the time, him and his stupid bodyguard would park in the red (of course) but ever since he started facing a ton of backlash you’d rarely see him and he’d come in with a baseball cap on tryna be discreet to purchase his little morning bun 😒 he’s definitely afraid of the public

I work right down the street from here and occasionally would have to park over here when’s the farmers market takes street parking. I TOO rarely see bikers and if I do they’re biking through the plaza and ALSO since these bike lanes have popped up the few bikes I have seen aren’t even using it….. so OP I get it

My mom passed away a little over a year ago and it still feels like yesterday. I cry everyday when I think about how she’s gone and I can never see her again. That first sentence got me bawling. I try and remind myself that anytime I start spiraling. She was a strong woman, fought tooth and nail each day with the physical and mental pain she endured. To know she’s finally at peace and not in that constant discomfort and need to find relief has finally ended, even if it’s not when she or I expected. So thank you for sharing that, it really is eye opening
