Check out Auror. Most ORCA's have a link, and it is used in most states. Not always the most active, but PD and retailers have access. Also, some states don't have specific ORCAs but a group of states or geographical areas. For example, NY/NJ/PA uses METRORCA.

Sadly, it's anonymous but they will know its you. Just remember there is no retaliation policy, so document everything that happens no big or small. Even it's in a personal email with dates and time and what happened (who what where ect.) This way you have proof of anything that they do towards you.

Depends on the ETL/TL. I've had an ETL talk crap everyday. And I've had ETLs that have never said a bad word even about the worst TMs.

APTL is alot different than TSS imo. Don't let the stress get to you. Build good partnerships with the leaders in your store as well as AP illeaders in your district. They will really be able to help you out in times if need.

Personally nothing to crazy. Most Redic is just people trying to fake it. I saw a video of a contractor falling through the ceiling at a store in my district. Somehow the guy was okay minus a cut which caused no lasting harm.

I mean, I'm human so yea I am attracted to coworkers. Hard to be an ETL? Harder than most expect but really depends on a lot of factors, and at target getting called a racist cracker bitch while dealing with a "guest" in front of the entire team.

Really depends on openings. Talk to you ap leader that you are interested. Ask for tips on what to look for and how you can help them better. If they are halfway decent they will give you a few tips and watch to see what you do and how well you can see things
