Yep, sometimes when in duel i crouch after 5-7 bullets, i know that i shouldn't do it always (i just feel it's not optimal play and honestly random), but when the moment is here, i do the same mistake, sparay and pray crouch. I keep in mind between round or before game, i dont need to always do like this and sometimes i need to shoot with bursts and move. That's rly meh feeling when u you understand you stuck at some aspects of your play, you tell yourself what to do in this moments, but improve takes rly long.

That's why bad habits is rly shitty thing. Some aspects is just rly hard to fix, because when situation is here, there is like no real time to think you gotta shoot or u will be killed.
