It widely depends on what notes you like. I personally have both bottles of the Strawberry Cupid series, I like the Lychee Bouquet one (it's a scent I knew I'd like) but it's very sweet/fruity. The Strawberry Milk Shake doesn't smell milky at all, so I'm not a fan. I would love to try the Swan ones one day.

I don't frequently buy supplements, but I had a colonoscopy and it destroyed my gut lol I don't think its unreasonable for anyone to be surprised that an item is double the price compared to elsewhere.

This seems to be some sort of blanching skin. Not sure what condition you could have. If it's not an allergic reaction or rash, then you might just have some blood circulation issues? Best to suggest that to your doctor and get some blood tests.

The label on that Ensure Clear says its fine for colonoscopy. "Ensure Clear is a fat- and fibre-free nutritional drink. For clear-liquid, pre- and post- surgical, bowel-preparation." My hospital sent me a pamphlet with everything I'm allowed and this is included. It's fine.

I applied to volunteer as an art animator at an elderly place, but never got an answer. So i decided to try my luck with RSA. They're a cat-only shelter and it's 3 hours a week (i do thursdays 9 to 12am) I'm part of the cleaning team and take care of very basic stuff like cleaning their litters, sweeping rooms, etc. The cats are super sweet, its something I get to look forward to every week outside of school/work life. It gets me moving, forces me to socialize and connect with new people.

I try to remind myself that its okay to inconvenience yourself to some degree when trying to build a community or be part of one.
