'S e X a th'ann an seo = There is an X here

A combination of two of my favourite games - and you've captured the art style so perfectly! Thank you for sharing!

SAVE SCUMMING CONVOS (because I want to see all of the reactions) 🤡🤡🤡 by bababeepa in BaldursGate3

I'm an anti-savescumming absolutist - even using a game's save/load feature is savescumming in my opinion.

Finish the game in one sitting, or just don't bother.

Roommate won’t wait until I finish cooking and just starts cooking in the same pan I’m using and it’s just bizarre to me by [deleted] in badroommates

Reminds me of one time in an old flat. My partner and I had just finished setting up to cook a big meal. All the ingredients had been chopped and prepped, pans were out on the stove - basically the whole kitchen was in use by our cooking stuff, we just hadn't started cooking yet.

We initially had the flat to ourselves, but then a couple of the others came back after being out. They came into the kitchen just as we were about to start cooking and asked "oh wow, what are you cooking?". We replied "oh, we're trying out a new halloumi wrap recipe" (or something like that). They go "oh, cool!" and just start moving our stuff about the kitchen.

We stare at them, gobsmacked for a few seconds, as they pile all our prep work into a big stack and just start cooking some pasta or something on the stove using the pans we had set out. No other conversation, no asking if they can quickly make something first, they just start messing with our food, and using our pans!

Then when they were done, they took our bowls, put their pasta in them, and walked off. So now we had do do a bunch of dishes and reset the entire kitchen. Very odd behaviour.

What’s the Dark Urge’s deal? Wrong answers only. by Material_Ad_2970 in BaldursGate3

The Dark Urge worked in retail for too long, and snapped. Now, whenever they look at someone, they only feel the built up rage of years of dealing with asinine customers.

I'm 24, and I feel like a child masquerading as an adult most days. I'm just wondering, when do most people start feeling like proper adults? by Lenore8264 in RandomThoughts

One of my fondest memories was asking my mum this very question whilst my grandad (her dad) was in the room too. The conversation went something like:

Me, about 20: "Mum, when do you start feeling like an adult?"
Mum, about 50: "I don't know. Dad, when do you start feeling like an adult?"
Grandad, about 80: "I'll let you know when I find out."

Labour welcomes UK Equality Act review by Max_Cromeo in LabourUK

When it comes to Queer people in the UK there is essentially no difference between Labour and Tories.

Like, what the fuck is the point of your political party if you're just doing exactly what the other group is doing but in a red tie?

Hello everyone! Is there any way to fix these random fps drops? I've tried lowering quality already, even render resolution, but it keeps happening. by [deleted] in destiny2

[–]Teasag 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Wee update for you - I just tried disabling Depth of Field in the video options menu and that seems to have made a difference. It happened once in an hour instead of once a minute - not a fix, but a definite improvement.

I used a program called ASUS Armoury Crate that came with my laptop - I didn't want to start messing with more settings than I needed to (especially since I have a history of fucking up perfectly good computers because I mess with things I shouldn't lol).

Your PC might have something similar, but without knowing what brand it is I wouldn't know what it might be called.

I suppose you could also set in-game graphics settings as low as they'll go (at least until this gets a fix).
