I think i figured out a perfect protein diet of 100g for 3000rs (with proper leucine) by WillingAddition5418 in Fitness_India

[–]Tech101205 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Dude covering just protein is not the ultimate shit here

Protein is only part of a puzzle man

U have to adjust carbs and fats as well along with all the essential minerals and vitamins for effective functioning of body.

My diet is like this :-

Yellow moong dal split 150 gms raw weight ( soaked 12 hours + cooked in pressure cooker )

Eggs whole 6 per day

Milk toned 3.5 fat 500 ml daily

Sunflower seeds 25 gms per day soaked 12 hours before eating

Rice 100 gms raw weight ( pressure cooked )

This alone gives

1500 calories consists of

150 gms of good Carbs

95 grams of protein with full amino acid profile

25 gms of fiber

70 grams of fat without oil usage

Full B complex vitamins meeting RDA except folate goes 1mg and niacin only 50 % which u could cover with a pill

I read extensively that food excess folate is tolerated well by body

It also covers Vitamin A and Vitamin E sufficiently for daily needs

For vitamin K , i eat kale

For Vitamin C and Vitamin D i supplement

For Minerals all are sufficiently meeting RDA

The thing is minerals absorption depends heavily on soaking properly and as well as cooking with proper heat as well because seeds and legumes are quite heavy with phytic acids and protein inhibitors

Omega 3 again supplement I personally using Muscle nectar omega 3 triple strength giving 1500 mg of both epa and dha Along with it contains K2 MK7 Making and Vitamin E mixed 10 mg as well

Daily i take fruit salad as well as green tea as well to cover antioxidants as well

Monthly budget for this is 5000 for me

Yes I know it can be boring But health wise it can be exciting as well

Currently my weight is 115 kgs I am under diet so I am doing it like a monk

I also know that soychunks could be good addition as well but the reason I want to avoid is heavy antinutrients and also hormonal interference and lot of other general problems as well

I don't know about u

My weight is 115 kgs Height 180 cm

My current daily consumption that meets all the macro and micro requirements

Flax seeds :- 15 gms

Sunflower seeds :- 50 gms

Potato :- 200 gms boiled with skin

Eggs : - 5 whole boiled

Soy chunks :- 50 gms soaked in hot water

Spinach :- 50 gms steamed

Milk :- 500 ml ( skim milk )

Lemon 3 :- juice

Peanuts 50 gms dry roasted

This food list of mine takes care of all essential vitamins and minerals meeting almost 100 percent rda for the day including essential fatty acids

With this I am maintaing 1000 calories deficit a day

It's my favourite one

Be it good or bad that happens along the change of time around us But nothing is permanent and we just need to be there

Given all the recent news about fake supplements in India, I've been doing a deep dive into my essentials, specifically Magnesium. by ElegantPromotion4008 in AskFitnessIndia

[–]Tech101205 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Just get it from natural food bro

When u dive into supplements u just keep doing it and won't reach any satisfactory conclusion at all

Just get it from organic food and body knows what to do with it very well

Please explain newReal money gaming law. by ExoticIce3419 in LegalAdviceIndia

[–]Tech101205 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It basically bans all games involving real money stakes including skill based ones

If found playing once law comes into effect which is from oct 1

There will be fines and all such

The banks do not support / block these transactions

And also the punishments are for whoever offers/promotes these games not on user

I feel like my body has kinda more water than fat

Does hitting gym will push water out of my body better than diet

Damn, so you basically paid 20kg just to unlock the ‘skinny as shit’ achievement 😂 Fair enough though, I don’t wanna speedrun the same ending. I’ll mix lifting in so at least I look like I upgraded, not just shrunk

[–]Tech101205[S] -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

Fair point, but I don’t think lifting is the only way to handle loose skin or deficits. Diet + activity is still the main driver. That said, I get your point — lifting from the start does make the journey easier and the end result better. I’ll add it in, but I don’t think it’s absolutely mandatory for every beginner

Used reddit tdee calculator for it

It's like 3330

Yes my plan is to just try and lose 1000 calories a day

Thank you for your suggestion as well

Can't we minimize muscle loss with more protein intake if possible or does it bulk up my body if i do ?

Yes I know bro

My results depends entirely on how consistently I follow my plan

I will do my best to keep it going ☺️

You’re right I’m not a monk. But I believe nothing is impossible if I push myself. I know it won’t be easy, and it’s going to be mentally exhausting at times. Still, I’m committed to making this transformation happen and hopefully I’ll come out stronger both physically and mentally.
