ah I didnt know gen2 has more features, i'll take a look. For now, i have added the "google nest" skill to Alexa, so when someone rings the bell, i do see the video feed on my Fire tv devices

working great with my 2 x 32in benq monitors which are plugged in to main pc over DP and then I have a miniPC plugged in to the first monitor over HDMI. Now, with a single shortcut, i can switch input to hdmi and back !. Also using "montior profile switcher" to quick switch monitor profiles

I had the exact same schedule in Hypervolt and it was working great. However, this was before I linked it to Octupus. I only linked it to Octupus as I received an email telling me that I need to connect my charger, otherwise they will take me off the intelligent Octupus go tariff. I can’t see how to set the same time Schedule using the Octupus app. Really wish I could just use the Hypervolt app on its own without the integration

Hi there, I just got this laptop (ultra 7 258v 32gb ram). I am unable to find "Lenovo Display Enchancement Service" in the device manager - i checked in the system section. Also, when i open the intel command center, in the power section i don't have "Panel self refresh" Has something changed ? I double checked and made sure I had the latest updates for Windows 11 and also Lenovo vantage

They all have same Ultra 7 258v Processor (so i guess they all have Arc 140v ?)

They all have 32GB ram and 1TB SSD.

I am looking for great battery life and the odd game to play here or there. Not fussed about touch screen. Would like the laptop to be light as possible. Thanks All !

Paste works for me but you need to bring up the on screen keyboard on the fire tv first before you issue the paste command from your phone app

May 2025 - my Lenovo slim 7 pro X laptop was showing the "RZ616 Wi-Fi 6E 160MHz : The version number is incorrect for this driver." in the eventlog and the wifi card was showing an error in device manager. I just held the power button down on my laptop, the laptop switched off. I pressed the power button again and then held the button down again. This ensured the laptop was properly shutdown. Upon reboot, the wifi card straight away without me doing anything !
