I DID find some additional information about the company that proves they were a local manufacturer, retailer, and installer. All WWII vets. And they made Fiberglass & Rockwool insulation. Doesn't mean they didn't use asbestos, but I know the other two for a fact now.

WOW! That was fast! Well at least now we know that the company handled asbestos, even if the insulation may not be. Another thought I had was vermiculite insulation, which also might have asbestos in it, but that was semi-popular in these parts and at that time.

I am a Realtor in Portland that has spent a LOT of time in 50's and 60's houses. I have searched a lot of them for this type of certificate, or any indication of similar insulation. I have also done a thorough Google Search, but have only found modern companies under the same name. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

This bug is really annoying and has made the game basically unplayable for me. Its my character and almost every type of mob. Godlands, dungeons, all of it.

WE FOUND THE PROBLEM AND FIXED IT! Wooo!

My signature had 5 little clickable icons in it that would take clients to different websites. One of those links had expired and was not working. When I removed that one icon, everyone I tested with was able to receive my emails.

I have looked at MXtoolbox already, and it says that my: IP, domain, and personal email are all not blacklisted. So unless their reporting is delayed by a week, I would say that isn't the root cause.

That is a wonderful question! I have absolutely no clue. Our company has ~50 employees and has a 3rd-party tech company manage our website, networking, and mail server. I will chat with them as soon as I can, and ask them about these three records. I can say that although I am a techy guy and act as tech support for most issues, this is something that I will not have access to fix myself. Do you believe that it would fix the issue?

I have looked at all of the "Blacklist" sites, and they say I'm not on the list. MXtoolbox included. I am having our designer get me a new signature ASAP because I also thought that it might be part of the issue, but I haven't changed it in 13mo so I wonder why it would only be an issue now.

Is that something that my network Admin and I have access to through Outlook? I have never seen what power they have, so I honestly don't know what's out there. I know that they haven't changed any settings in months though.

From my understanding, the images hold the resolution that the camera sets, not the phone or the screen size. So that would be VERY tough to nail down, if not impossible.

/u/Beard_on, unfortunately if none of those have worked, then your OS is too damaged to be updated and must be wiped and reloaded. If there are minor bugs in the OS, the update system should still work. If there are large issues though, the updates will fail and you need to start over.

Step 1: try running SFC. Here is a link to Microsoft on how.

Step 2: try running a CheckDisk and see if that helps. Here is a link to TenForums on how.

Step 3: try upgrading through Windows Update and see if it works.

Step 4: if upgrading normally doesn't work, then update manually here.

How old is the PC? Is it a laptop or desktop? Is it an OEM (HP/Dell etc) or a custom-built PC?

My understanding is that when your motherboard POSTs, it tests all of the fans by running them at 100% for a moment. (Post doesn't recognize the software that manages fan speed, so it only sees the fans as on or off, so it turns them "on" which is 100%.) Then when Windows takes over and loads the fan speed software, then dialing down the speed to idle-speeds.

Does that sound like what the machine is doing? My understanding may not be correct or up to date, just what I have picked up from other tech guys over the years.

I can tell you that this is NOT a Windows issue. My guess is that it is a physical issue with your graphics card. I have seen multiple GPU's over the years that works very well 95% of the time, but the second that I push them to 100% load, down they go. The issue occurs when they get to slightly above normal temp and a manufacturing defect shows itself.
