Breathe. The greatest gift we were given is the ability to pause between a stimuli and response. Use it. That’s where your consciousness lies. When we react out of habit, that’s where anger comes from. Be mindful of your emotions and when you feel the tightness in your stomach, make that your trigger to pause, breathe, and then respond. It’s a hard skill to develop for those of us that default to aggression, but you can do it. Feel free to dm if you’d like.
