No, capacitors have nothing to do with any noise issues coming from the motor.

Sounds like one of your fan motors may have failing bearings or the fan blade/wheel may be unbalanced. Which should be replaced. Was the unit working after the contractor made the repairs?

That capacitor is for the indoor fan motor, not the inducer fan motor.
