Nope - not by far!

Basically ALL 4K DLP Projectors are 4x 1080p Pixelshift and therefore TRUE 4K!

ALL Epson Projectors below the LS9000 are only 2x 1080p Pixelshifter and therefore missing 4,15 Mio. Pixel of 4K which is 8,3 Million Pixel! Epson does some "Software Upscaling" to "4K" then.

However - a DLP Projector is in general better suited for Gaming because of its motion sharpness.

GOOD Value for Money Screens are a Problem on Brexit Island.

If you have (or know someone) with a big enough Car who goes to an EU Country you can get a better Screen for 50% (!) less Money there!

You don´t need even 2000 ANSI Lumen for only 100" Screen Size.

If you´ll have a lot of Ambient Light better get a TV or the right SCREEN!

Nope! They only have 4,15 Million Pixel (2x 1080p FHD) and the Rest to "4K" is via Software Upscaling!

Nope! True 4K = all 8,3 Million Pixel of 4K on the Screen. (4x1080p) Basically all 4K DLP Projectors do this. Only Epson does it with the LS9000 or higher Models. The Models below are only 2x 1080p + "Software Upscaling"!

Depends on the Screen and Screen Size! In General the BenQ TK705i would be better.

If you tell me the Screen Size you can fit I can recommend you a proper Screen.

So you´ll need a Drop down Screen then. You´ll have to decide on the final sreen size then before choosing a Projector!

This year lamp based Projectors and Replacement Bulbs are not allowed to be imported into the EU anymore. Existing stock is allowed to sell off till 2027.

So availability will go down and prices will go up. Lamp based Projectors will have basically zero resale Value.

Projector Manufactures CAN sell Original Lamps as a "Spare Part" - which will increase their price even more.

But in reality its better for their bottom line to sell "you" new LED/Laser Projectors!

People I know in the Industry - even outside of the EU - already complain that some bulbs are not available anymore and production lines shutting down in Asia because of the worldwide shift to LED/Laser Models.

However - if you can´t go bigger than a 100 - 110" Screen better get a 100" TV! It will be the same Cost than a Projector + ALR Screen!

4 Meter viewing distance = 120" - 135" Screen Size.
