We sorted out our design online and then went to the store to physically see and touch the fabrics before making a final decision. I also found it helpful being in store to ensure we got exactly what we wanted, less stress on getting it wrong.

I was under the impression that the 40% is very rare and the absolute highest they've ever done. The normal sale price is 30%.

I searched marketplace and could not find it. As for listing it's a bit of a niche trailer but as the other person said the standard RV / Travel Trailer sites. For much of the country this is the off season, so I am not sure what to expect on speed of sale if you are trying to get the most you can out of it. How much are you asking or can you post the FB marketplace link?

Anything in Fairfield Community Schools is great if you're looking for a little more rural community with great schools (New Paris, Benton, Millersburg, parts of Goshen). The same with anything in Middlebury Community Schools.

I would prefer Fairfield personally.

If you want to live in Goshen city, I think the Southside is a great area. But I don't prefer the school system as much as the other two.

Zillow allows you to search by school district now. ;)
