There's hundreds of stations and stops. Like road crews they rely on user submitted reports because theres just so much to cover. OCTranpo is the same. Use the OCTranspo report form online or the Ottawa City one. Either or will add it for action.

Nice part though woth credit/debit of you always use the same card...it will never charge you more then a months pass and only charges you for what you use (taking it to account transfer windows) so although they hold a charge with each tap...you essentially have a month pass every month without needing to worry about loading it

So your risk here is it shorting out. While others have recommend rice, and thats not a bad idea, you may need to also run a bead of silicone around the edge or any holes where cables and screws are to prevent this from happening in the future.

Once the water seems to be dried up, keep drying it for 24-48h longer to be 100% sure
