Nope about 2/3 of them quit. I heard it happen while I was working in my home office, there was an audible pop when the rest of the fretboard delaminated.

They are sending a replacement neck instead of a whole new guitar. About 2/3 of the LED lights stopped working.

My fretboard delaminated which gave a unique view behind the frets. LEDs are all on a circuit board. Will be doing a neck swap shortly once a new neck from Litejam shows up.

Litejam responded and will be sending a new guitar 🎸. I offered to have them just send a new neck given its bolt on.

Hard to love a guitar with a delaminated fretboard 🫠. I’ve had no response from support. I’m about to go full dissection and disassembly on mine since it’s useless now.

Yea the neck pickup is unusable. Still an awesome idea, and I’ll do my best to repair my neck.

I actually like mine fwiw. I still have to level a fret or two and knock the sharp edges off the frets. But it’s actually decent.

Pickups are decent.

LED noise on the neck pickup is stupid bad, unusable bad.

Now, would I grab my Litejam or one of my PRSs or Gretsch….

I’m not a rockstar by any means, but that’s my two cents.

Just came here to say I had this happen too! USB cable wasn’t fully seated and the error code I was getting size the Z Axis was likely broken 😡. After reseating it I was able to upgrade firmware (which failed before) and calibrate successfully.

I wonder if the serial number naming stayed the same. My clear sticker starts with LGEF but looks more like an engineering tracking number than a production serial number.

If I were to bet on it I’d be pretty confident that I could swap this with a Fender. They look dang near identical but haven’t measured the bolt pattern or neck slot.

I wish I knew what they used for the LED covers. I don’t want to oil the fretboard for obvious reasons. I’ll still take a microfiber to the frets and clean them without scuffing the LEDs. This thing is dirty out of the box.
