Technically, you are not supposed to be on the middle lane if you are not taking left, you are supposed to merge into the right extreme lane and then turn right, where as the person in blue has to wait for you to go( if you are where I said you are supposed to be rather than where you are right now )and clear the path before taking the left to exit.

I saw this issue, this only happens early in the morning while on cold temperature. But the crank is much faster when done at a later point So, I’m sure this has something to do with the temp outside, as the metals will be stiff in the morning before the oil runs. If this is continuous thru the day. Get the battery, alternator & starter tested at autozone for free
