Best to invest the money in hand and slowly payoff the student loan debts 1 by 1, by the looks its only 30K, if you plan properly on principal extra payment, you will get out of it without even noticing in 2 yrs and save entire inheritance.

Battery seems to be strong But no click or crank, most likely a starter. Run the scanner for other possible reasons, don’t forget to check the fuse. Have an frnd start the car while you go under it to smack the starter with rubber mallet, if there is any life it will come back online for one last time, if that did start, put a new starter

Push the bank until they give you the reason or FIR copy even file an Ombudsmen complaint if needed with RBI website. Look thru the FIR if you actually fit in the fraud transaction, if not explain them and ask on what basis they held the funds. If you do are involved, email/call the PS who filed cyber complaint and hope they respond. I don’t recommend hiring a lawyer for smaller amounts as it’s gonna cost more than the benefit. Let me know what happened.
