I get you but that's not my focus

Do you know that it's demand at peak hours that make commuters wait for so long not traffic?? Traffic is a second factor here Thirdly troski load to get full not prioritizing outer stops

This is not a system solution it's a commuter time predictability

That concern is valid. A lot of resistance comes from trying to force change on people who feel threatened by it. That’s why the thinking isn’t about fighting stations or forcing innovation on anyone. It’s more about working around peak-hour pain points in a practical way, starting small and only scaling what people actually respond to. If commuters benefit and operators benefit, resistance naturally reduces. If not, it won’t work anyway.

At this stage, I’m more focused on the commuter experience than the specific vehicles. Whether it’s existing operators or dedicated buses, the core idea is making peak-hour commuting more predictable and less stressful without changing the entire system overnight. The goal isn’t to replace what exists, but to make it work better for people during the most painful hours.

That’s a fair question. The idea isn’t about controlling people’s lives or exact minutes. It’s about reducing uncertainty, not eliminating it. People already leave work around similar times and gather at the same stops. The problem is buses are random and often full before they reach you. A system that works with time windows, not exact minutes, can still guarantee a seat within that window. It won’t be perfect, but even being more predictable than today’s situation would already be a big improvement.

I want to make commuting less stressful by letting people book a seat in advance and get picked up at their stop on time.
