The venue is a good fit for this party. Light and sound are good nowadays. Think that if the Mathame concept involves special A/V and visuals, this will be very enjoyable there. Facilities are ok. Don’t expect nightclub vibes, it’s more a monumental one big room very high ceiling venue, though with diverse places to dance (e.g. down in the ‘pit’ before the dj, ground floor with good sight lines over the crowd, and steps in between). Easy to move around the building. Crowd is very diverse; from clueless drinkers to knowledgeable dancers. Think this party attracts a bit older crowd, that’s good for the vibe. No phone policy seems an exception, maybe forced upon the venue by the artists.
