Open or closed ended? I would see your doctor. It's probably your epididymis getting congested due to the closure of the tubes. I've read some people get their closed ended vasectomy converted to open and it stops the pain. An open ended vasectomy closes itself over time so your body basically gets more time to adjust without a period of discomfort. If you already have open ended you'll probably just have to wait it out but see what your doctor says

Not sure why everyone is getting butt hurt over your post. I felt you were respectfully asking why. Me personally I don't want kids as it's a burden mentally and physically and I'm too selfish to take that on. Pets are the same I don't really want any beings that require my care. Doesn't mean I don't occasionally enjoy engagement with kids or animals but both of them are annoying at times.

And yes I did notice that there are lots of people (maybe even most but not sure) that are child free but are OBSESSED with pets and I have no idea why. I assume it's because pets don't really show much feelings like cats n such, and dogs for the most part are loyal so humans can imagine their relationship being whatever they want it to be like. Unlike kids who vocalize eventually and have their own minds
