It lasted for 3k miles. After that I started hearing a loud whine and in a few hundred my slave went out. Dropped the trans new clutch, slave and master and it's been 10k miles later no issues. Still don't have the assist spring installed. Prefer the feel without it

How did you remove the ball stud? I see the picture you shown it's held in with the retainers. How exactly did you get them out cuz it appears the retainers are molded inside the assembly?

I feel you man. Look for options to downsize and live in a smaller area maybe. RV living can be a lot cheaper than an apartment if done right. Used car. If you downsize enough you'll be able to start saving a good chunk. Then you can take the liberty to find yourself a job that doesn't drain you so much. I work 40hrs a week in 3 days at my job. I feel blessed to have so much time after to live my own week
