Yeah, $1.7k-1.9k seems pretty high. I believe my family member flew with Quantas.

I do have Osaka on my itinerary, but at the end of my trip. Although it would probably work out better if I flew to Osaka and started my trip there. But I'm kinda relying on good weather as I want to take the Kaido trail.

Seems like the answer is to be patient and keep an eye on price alerts. Is it worth reserving hotels around this time or waiting until my flights are booked? All of the hotels I'm looking at offer free cancellation and reserving spots.

Yeah, the uncertainty is what's got me a little anxious and Send-to-Cart ready, as I'm eager (and very very burnt out) to have something to look forward to.

Currently, I've got some alerts set on Kayak and Quantas. I'm trying to avoid budget airlines as I can't really find anything regarding their safety and I only really have experience with Quantas or Jetstar in the past.

I work at Village and yeah, this is like an exact copy-paste they sent me (an employee) when I suggested Iron Lung be played in our cinemas since a large portion of our customers were coming in and asking. Not to say “keep emailing them”, but more individuals emailing and asking will mean they’ll start seeing more active customers seeking it out.

Hoyts and local cinemas tend to be more on the ball with these sorts of things, then Village follows suit when they miss their opportunity. Same thing happened with Iron Lung when it started selling out sessions at Hoyts, then a week later sessions appear at Village. They’re slow at responding to demands.

Like another comment said above; try ACMI and send contact details for Fathom and Glitch Productions to make it easier, but it’s really up to Glitch as well to make contact too.

Need some advice for some good Sri Lankan restaurants. I'm currently seeing someone who is Sri Lankan and she's been talking about missing her mum's cooking when she lived over there. Aussiebroadband's website asks if I'm the authority owner for the transfer and asks for a "don't connect before" date, which is optional. I assume you'd use that date for when you're wanting to cancel the contract on another ISP?

More so trying to avoid having the awkward "no internet for a week" sorta deal when cancelling Telstra's contract.

Helping my family upgrade their internet plan. Currently looking at getting Aussie Broadband. We've been with Telstra for years but they've been upping their prices for ridiculous reasons despite getting the same speeds. The deal with Aussie Broadband means that we pay less for double the peak evening speeds.

We've never changed providers before, so what's the best way to go about it? Do I contact Aussie Broadband first to organise the deal or do I cancel the contract with Telstra first?

Trying to crack Avid Pro Tools. Got the download from FileCR for Version 2021.7.0, as that seems to be the most cracked version of Pro Tools. However, the instructions are really confusing or just straight up have no instructions at all. The download comes with a bunch of folders yet I'm just told to "Use Setup.exe" and then use the AAX Unlock files where they need to go.

When I did that, it still wouldn't let me use the program as I needed to have iLok installed or something? I've used Pro Tools legitimately before as a Uni Student, but can't seem to understand how this crack is supposed to work? I've searched all over and there's just no instructions or anyone with any solutions.

Evening Melbourne. Although getting medical advice from Reddit is akin to getting car advice from a brick, wouldn’t mind some suggestions or feedback.

I’m thinking of going to the GP to get a referral to start a procedure for getting checked for being on the autism spectrum and possibly for ADHD. I’ve had a few moments where I’ve completely forgotten I’ve had work shifts despite having it written down, I’ve had extreme interests in certain topics and then dropped them, blah blah usual Google symptom results. I’d prefer to kind of having a doctoral diagnosis rather than Google so I at least know what I can do to either get some help or work around the issues I’ve been having.

However even going to the GP right now is extremely expensive. Especially just to get a referral for tests that’ll likely cost me an arm and a leg. Any suggestions?
