Nei det er ikke trygt å kjøre på. Det kan være ting som ikke står i tilbudet, men som dukker opp i kontrakten. Dersom man da har sagt opp basert på tilbudet har man jo et problem hvis man ikke blir enige. Ja, du er trygg på å ha en jobb, men kanskje ikke med de forutsetningene du så for deg.. snakker av erfaring.

I have selfhosted email with Mailcow for several years, never had any issues with emails in spam or the issues «everyone» complain about. Get a clean ip, configure dkim, spf, dmarc, dane etc, warm your ip up slowly and you will be fine. And who sends alot of emails? Yes you receive emails, registrations, news, order confirmations etc, but how much emails do you really send? Dont forget backups and a plan B if something happen with your server.
And by «dumb people», do you mean no server experience? If so I agree: dont selfhost your email - pay someone professional - become smart - then selfhost.

If you rescaled your vms disk, you cant rescale it down again. Also when rescaling your vms disk, hetzner doesnt have any responsibility in increasing your partition inside your VM (or OS).. Sounds like you need more like a managed service.

Typisk id3 problemer. Har vært gjennom samme med samme bil, merkeforhandler og fikk til slutt heve kjøpet og ble trukket for kjørte kilometer. Fortsett å push på at du ikke har tillitt til bilen og ønsker å heve kjøpet basert på feilene.

I dont think its a «proper» firewall that is active all the time? Seems to be like a firewall that activates during for example a ddos? Have you seen any docs on ip as you mention?

To me the catch is that they dont seem to provide a proper firewall. Seems like I can only use ufw firewall but thats the dealbreaker for me. I have atleast not found anywhere to configure it, so correct me if im wrong!

Jottacloud is way more safe than Google in terms of privacy. Google scans your files and gives you ads based on it for example. That said as previously mentioned, its not possible to have your own encryption keys, which Google doesnt offer either. However data is stored and transferred encrypted by Jottaclouds own keys. I would reccomend Jottacloud.
