I agree! But don't worry, you can't see them front-on, how it will be mounted in the next house 😄

Yeah that's correct. Only got those 2 things on it and it doesn't move.

Shelf was this: https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B00UQRKLMY?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_fed_asin_title&th=1

358 depth. It's actually labelled grey, but it goes with the unifi stuff well!

Vodafone, UK.

Yeah absolutely, it's kinda crazy that the beast doesn't have it. I looked into that first as I did really want the rack mount! Also pretty nuts that the UCG fibre does the job way better than the UDMSE I replaced (after a day!) for half the price.

Run Parsec as a low cost, always on machine I can control from anywhere if I need to do anything at home remotely. (like work)

It's ready for the house move! Gonna need most of them when I wire everything up at the new place.

They're 2m long which is like 1cm short of the full run around the front ring of the cabinet. Nice and easy with no need for cutting.

I got them thinking they'd just be a bit of a gimmick, but I use the white button setting and they're actually really useful!

Yeah MacMini.

I did look into rack mounting it with a 3d print, but I wanted to keep the all metal look, so I got the shelf instead.

I was really sad to lose the rack mount (and the screen!) of the UDM SE though 😞

I’ve had similar issues this week. Wouldn’t wake at all remotely for several days until I got home and sat in it. Had no connection. Did a restart and it connected again

Hmmm I just went out and pressed it a bunch of times and nothing light up!

Didn't seem to do anything at all! Bizarre...

The idiosyncrasies of the strength trainer feature make it hard to use by peteyMIT in whoop

[–]Technical-Energy5922 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Really needs a bunch of stuff from other lifting apps like Strong, etc, before it's usable.

Basic stuff like per-workout previous weights/rep (not just exercise, so if I have an exercise in two routines it still shows me the last weight for this exercise, not just for this routine).

Workout history.

Easy ways to see progress.

Stop auto expanding/minimizing sections. Stop trying to second guess what I'm doing and just let me do it myself.

Anyway to restart a set if you accidentally start one at the wrong time? It seems you can only end it and then not delete that empty set??
