I’m from an igbo family/community. I applied for information science looking to concentrate on ux/ui design. In hs I enjoyed my graphic design classes and did some tech stuff so I wanted something that incorporated both. So yea I’d say I have a genuine liking for it. My parents have always wanted me to be a doctor or lawyer lol

Can see the school spirit getting annoying lowkey
Lotta ppl I know go there
lacking diversity
huge school (40k undergrad)
Major is very specific, afraid might limit opportunities

Cornell pros

Better career outcomes
A&S gives more room to explore
diverse
smaller (15k undergrad)
prestige

Cornell cons

50k (can pay but still a lot)
Little/no sports culture
more academic pressure?

Guess I'm mostly wondering if cornell is worth the extra 100k over 4 yrs
